Homebody Massage, LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to Homebody Massage. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before scheduling.

1. Services Provided

Homebody Massage Therapy provides licensed mobile massage therapy services, including (but not limited to): Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, and Relaxation massage. All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book a session.

  • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, or pregnancies prior to the session.

  • You agree to provide a clean, safe, and quiet space for the massage, including room to set up a massage table.

  • You agree to maintain appropriate hygiene prior to your appointment.

3. Scope of Practice

Massage therapy services provided are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. We do not prescribe medication or diagnose conditions. If you have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider prior to booking.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows

  • Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the premises will result in being charged 100% of the session fee.

  • Emergency exceptions may be made at the discretion of the therapist.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of service or in advance via accepted methods (Zelle, Venmo, Card, etc.).

  • Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 90 days.

  • Packages and discounts must be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed.

6. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or end a session at any time if inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or violations of these Terms occur. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • Clients must wear appropriate undergarments and draping will be used at all times to ensure modesty and comfort.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All personal information and session details are kept confidential and secure, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

  • We will not share your information without your consent, unless required by law.

8. COVID-19 & Health Safety

  • If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been recently exposed to a contagious condition, please reschedule.

  • Your therapist will follow strict hygiene practices before, during, and after each session.

9. Mobile Service Area

  • Travel is included within a defined service area (<15miles of Kemah, TX)

  • Additional mileage or travel outside this area may incur a travel fee, disclosed prior to booking.
